Building upon the proven aerodynamics of previous-generation SES Disc wheels, the new Disc PRO reduces weight by 200 grams while improving rolling efficiency and stability through an increase in width and shaping. Optimized for the critical yaw angles seen in time trials and triathlon, it delivers the Real-World Fast performance ENVE is known for—now even lighter and faster.

REAL WORLD FAST
Compared to the original SES rear disc wheel, the SES PRO has been aerodynamically tuned for 28 mm tires. To achieve improved aerodynamics for larger tires, the rim was made wider throughout, but its width is limited by constraints related to derailleur and frame clearances. The result is a roughly 0.69-watt advantage over the original ENVE rear disc wheel. While aero performance was critical to its design, so too was weight. Even with an ambitious weight target of 1000 grams, we weren’t willing to sacrifice stiffness to get there. Ultimately, we achieved a true weight below that of our competitors. TIRE PAIRING FOR SPEED

INNERDRIVE PRO HUBS & BEARINGS
The core of the SES Disc PRO wheel is the PRO Hubset, which brings ENVE’s proven INNERDRIVE technology in lightweight internals for the rear. Utilizing the same INNERDRIVE technology featured in the Premium Straight-Pull hubs, the PRO hub internals receive the very hop-up kit developed for our professional teams. This includes a light-action ratchet spring for drag reduction and a 40-tooth count ratchet.ENVE’s PRO Ceramic Bearings feature hardened stainless-steel races that won’t rust, ceramic ball carriers or bearing carriages, non-contact seals on the interior-facing bearing for drag reduction, and a semi-contact seal on the outside to keep out debris. ENVE PRO Ceramic Bearing solution is one that feels fast in hand and promises reliability in the long run.

ENVE products are warranted to be in conformance with ENVE material and workmanship specifications. Items deemed eligible for coverage under the ENVE Limited Lifetime Warranty will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of ENVE for the defined period from the date of purchase for first-hand original owners, and from the date of the original product’s manufacture for second-hand owners. Product registration is recommended to expedite ENVE Limited Lifetime Warranty service.
